"I had permanent eyeliner (upper and lower) placed just a few days ago! To say I was nervous is an understatement! Lady Fish (Linda) calmed me down immediately knowing that I was nervous. Walked me through how the process was going to go. She kept me calm through the whole procedure talking with me and keeping my mind occupied! I didn’t even have to tell her how I wanted the eyeliner done, she just knew! I wish I had done this way sooner!!! Now, I wake up with my makeup!
