"Linda has been in business for over 31 years and is the only person who is CERTIFIED to do permanent make-up in the Treasure Coast. Do not go to a day salon for this type of service--they are not certified by the SPCP! She did my top liner a couple of years ago and I finally went back for my bottom and eye brows. I LOVE them and wake up every day to perfect make-up! It also helps living in Florida since there are so many water activities. Her personality and perfection of the art have made me her biggest fan!!"
